Children’s rehabilitation for acquired or inborn bone and joint diseases.

How to make an appointment:

Patients are appointed to the Institution by a:

• Family doctor
• Specialist (a neurologist, podiatrist, traumatologist or a surgeon)
• Rehabilitation therapist
• Attendant physician from a hospital, after an acute treatment phase.

Patients under State-paid programs are admitted in consecutive order.

Form Nr. 072u/99 “Assignment to medical rehabilitation”

Form Nr. 027u.

Accommodation costs of the patient and accompanying person in the dormitory:-

In the rehabilitation centre “Krimulda” accommodation is permitted for a person accompanying a child (patient) who needs an adult's presence.

Accommodation fees of an accompanying person are paid per day according to the price list:

Accommodation of a person accompanying a child – LVL 8,40 per day (without catering)

Accommodation of a person accompanying a child – LVL 4,00 (more than one in the same room) per day (without catering)
